We’ve introduced a support ticket system, for when you have any queries or you want updates, changes/fixes to your website.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your request, including screenshots if describing an error or an area of a page you want changed. You’ll then receive a response from our ticketing system with a ticket number and the details of the request.
If you’re planning major changes to your site, please allow up to two weeks for us to schedule them in. If it’s urgent, please let us know when sending the initial request.
If you send a maintenance request to our normal email, we’ll forward it to create a support ticket & then you’ll receive the response with a ticket number.
